When will my order arrive and how do I track my order?
Your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and an estimated date of arrival.
Sometimes the carrier doesn't update your tracking information until your order arrives to its destination country/city.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Canada, US, UK and all EU countries.
If you live outside of the countries listed above, please email us at info@apricotton.co for more information about international shipping.
Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
- Canada & US: There are no extra duties or taxes.
- UK: There are no extra duties or taxes on orders below £135. Orders above £135 may have additional duties or taxes after the order is shipped, which is paid for by the customer.
- Europe (excl. UK): There may be additional duties or taxes after the order is shipped, which is paid for by the customer.
If you decide not to pay duties or taxes, we are not able to offer a refund.
How do I edit/cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or make changes to your order (e.g., change your address or size), email us at info@apricotton.co within 1 hour of purchase with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER #XXXX". After 1 hour, we unfortunately cannot make changes.
If you input the wrong address and do not notify us within 1 hour of purchase, we are not able to reship your order or offer a refund.
What is your exchange/return policy?
We offer one free return or exchange on any number of items in your order (including your full order) within 30 days of order delivery in Canada and the US.
European orders may be returned or exchanged; however, European customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit our return portal or email info@apricotton.co.
If you return an item with a free gift included but do not return the free gift included in your order, Apricotton will only refund the difference between the retail value of the free gift and the full price item.
