We ship Canadian and European orders from Canada, and US orders from the US.

When will my order arrive and how do I track my order?
Your order is typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. Please note, there are sometimes delays in fulfillment or delivery due to factors that are out of our control.
Sometimes the carrier doesn't update your tracking information until your order arrives to its destination country/city.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Canada, US, UK and all EU countries.
If you live outside of the countries listed above, please email us at info@apricotton.co for more information about international shipping.
Do I have to pay duties & taxes?
- Canada: There are no extra duties or taxes.
- UK: There are typically no extra duties or taxes on orders below £135. Orders above £135 may have additional duties or taxes after the order is shipped, which is paid for by the customer.
- Other: There may be additional duties or taxes after the order is shipped, which is paid for by the customer.
Duties & taxes are out of our control. If you decide not to pay them, we are not able to offer a refund.
How do I edit/cancel my order?
Please contact us with order number (found in your confirmation email) with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER #XXXX". We are NOT able to edit or cancel orders after they have been packed.
Please note that if you inputed the wrong address at checkout, we are not able to reship your order or offer a refund after your order has shipped.
