When will I receive my order?

Please allow extra time for your order to arrive due to high order volumes and shipping delays during the holidays.

Within Greater Toronto Area: you will receive your order within 1-3 business days with Expedited Tracked Shipping.

Within Canada (exl. GTA): you will receive your order within 4-7 business days with Expedited Tracked Shipping.

Within US: you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks with Expedited Tracked Shipping.

Within UK: you will receive your order within 1-2 weeks with Expedited Tracked Shipping.

Within Europe (excl. UK): you will receive your order within 2-3 weeks with Expedited Tracked Shipping.

Once we have packaged and sent out your package, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

How much is shipping?

What's your exchange/return policy?

🎄 All orders made between November 15 through December 25 are eligible for a free return or exchange until January 15 🎄

We offer one free return or exchange on any number of items in your order (including your full order) within 30 days of order delivery in Canada and the US. 

European orders may be returned or exchanged; however, European customers are required to cover the return shipping cost. 

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit our return portal or email info@apricotton.co.

If you return an item with a free gift included but do not return the free gift included in your order, Apricotton will only refund the difference between the retail value of the free gift and the full price item.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship across Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland and the EU. You can hover over the currency dropdown button in the header to see all the countries we ship to (and select your country from there if it is not auto-selected).

How do pre-orders work?

If you order multiple bras, where at least one bra is in preorder, your entire order will ship together when the preorder bra ships.

Why did I get a different size bra than what I ordered?

As of July 12, 2024, we've sized down all of our bras and some bras still have the old size printed on the label. This means you still got the correct size you ordered! You can read more about the size change here!

How can I edit/cancel my order?

To cancel or make changes to your order (e.g., change your address or size), email us at info@apricotton.co within 1 hour of purchase with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER #XXXX". After 1 hour, we unfortunately cannot make changes to your order.

I think my order is lost?

If your tracking information has not updated after 2 weeks of being shipped, please contact us at info@apricotton.co, and we will open an investigation with our carrier.

Please note that if your order is marked as delivered and/or you inputed the wrong address at checkout, we are not able to reship your order or offer a refund.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

We automatically send out confirmation emails when you have successfully checked out and when your order has shipped.

about Apricotton

How do the bras "grow as you grow"?

All of our bras are made to last through multiple stages of puberty, meaning that you can wear the same Apricotton bra from when you develop from an AA to D cup.

How? They're made of super soft & stretchy fabric that forms to your natural body shape (vs. forcing your boobs to fit into a mold). As your chest develops, you can add removable padding to your bras for more coverage.

Are your bras only for tweens and teens?

Not at all! Each Apricotton bra fits a AA - D cup, continues to fit if you grow up to two band sizes, and have no gapping even on flatter chests, which is why they fit tweens and teens perfectly.

However, many women (including our twenty-something year old selves) find that our comfy bras perfectly shape their body, as they fit up to a 36D in standard bra sizing. You'll also find our adjustable bras awesome if your weight fluctuates, breasts change from being on your period or being pregnant, recently had a baby, or just love being able to customize your bra for different occasions!

Then, we work with our production manager in China, to bring them to life. Jessica (cofounder) speaks mandarin, so we formed a close relationship with our manufacturer that is leading in ethical practices and sources the highest quality fabrics to feel gentle against your skin.

Are your bras sustainable?

Apricotton, at its core, is sustainable - since our bras can be worn through multiple stages of puberty, you no longer have to throw out your bras every few months as you grow out of them, reducing the amount of fashion waste in our planet.

Who runs Apricotton?

Apricotton is run by two besties in their 20s, Jess Miao and Chloe Beaudoin, wanting to make wearing your first bra less stressful so you can actually feel confident growing up. It's just the two of us working on Apricotton full-time right now so all of your messages go directly to one of us! We're happy to be your online big sisters.

Is your website safe?

Yes. Our site is 256-bit SSL certified. All pages, content, credit card, and transaction information is protected by the same level of security used by banks.

We do not store your credit card information, even after you make a purchase.
