***AS OF JULY 2024, WE'VE SIZED DOWN OUR BRAS and some bras still have the old size printed on the label. This means you still got the correct size you ordered!
US & Canada
We offer one free return or exchange on any number of items in your order (including your full order) within 30 days of order delivery. We do not accept returns after this.
European Union Countries, UK & Switzerland
Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; however, European customers are required to cover the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns after this.

Am I eligible for a return?
You are eligible for a return if:
- You received your order within the last 30 days (excluding extended holiday policies)
- You have your order number and email used at checkout
- Your item is in the same condition that you received it, is unworn or unused, with tags, and is in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our return portal
Free bra gifts are not eligible for an exchange for a different size unless other items are being exchanged.
Do I need to return the free gift I received?
- If you are returning ALL items for a refund then you need to return the free gift
- If you are returning a portion of your order for a refund or completing an exchange then you do NOT need to return your free gift
If you return an item but do not return the free gift included in your order, Apricotton will only refund the difference between the retail value of the free gift and the full price item.
Why is the return portal not working?

I have issues with my order. Can I get a replacement?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@apricotton.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Why did my exchange/return get rejected?
If you do not meet the return criteria listed in the return portal, your return will be rejected. All check boxes need to be filled out to be accepted.
If you check all of the boxes and ship back your return but it does not meet the return criteria listed in the return portal, you will NOT receive an exchange/refund and we will keep your return.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount you paid for the item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
