If you're contacting us about your order, please include your order number (found in your confirmation email) in the Message field. If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 1 hour of purchase with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER #XXXX".

If you're contacting us about receiving the wrong bra size, please note that as of July, 2024, we've sized down all of our bras and some bras still have the old size printed on the label. This means you still got the correct size you ordered but with a different label! You can read more about the size change here!
