If you're contacting us about your order, please include your order number (found in your confirmation email) with the subject line “URGENT: ORDER #XXXX". We are NOT able to edit orders after they have been packed.

If you're contacting us about receiving the wrong bra size, please note that as of 2024, we've sized down all of our bras and some bras still have the old size printed on the label. This means you still got the correct size you ordered but with a different label! You can read more about the size change here!
