We made this to be an alternative to wearing your first bra! When I started developing, I didn't feel ready to wear a bra but I felt embarrassed about my nipples poking through my shirts. These take 2 seconds to apply and will make you confident during this early puberty stage.

- How to clean: simply rinse with cold water after every wear and lay on flat surface to air-dry
- How to store: reapply plastic film over sticky side, and store in provided case
how to use
step 1: clean
Make sure your breasts are clean from oils, moisturizers, or perfume which can reduce the effect of the adhesive
step 2: peel
Remove plastic film from sticky side of nipple cover (do not discard plastic film for storing purposes)
step 3: stick
Turn your nipple cover inside out and then firmly cup and smooth over your nipple
